FAQs - Administration   No obligation, Just Honest Advice

What is administration?

Administration is a legal process that protects an insolvent company from aggressive creditors while the best way forward is determined. All legal actions by creditors are halted. Administration begins when the courts appoint an Insolvency Practitioner as an administrator. The IP works with directors and creditors to formulate a recovery plan such as a CVA if at all possible. If recovery is not a practical option administration may be followed by liquidation.
