Will HM Revenue and Customs support my CVA?


By law HMRC must consider all CVA proposals. They have a special CVA department to do so. They will vote to accept or reject a proposal as will all other creditors. If the proposal is finally accepted HMRC will receive a dividend of less than 100% like all other creditors.
