How can I tell if my company is insolvent?


It may not be immediately obvious when your company becomes insolvent but you need to show that you trade responsibly when it happens. Look for one of these indicators:


You owe more than own (liabilities exceed assets).
You cannot pay your debts when they are due to be paid.


If you think that your company is insolvent you should seek advice on what actions you should take. It is imperitive that you avoid being accused of wrongful trading.
